As our team has slowly but steadily climbed to Division 3 in the OCM rankings, I would like to take the time to introduce Team Agis to our loyal fans. After all, our fans' interest is what keeps our sport alive.
At Team Agis, the utmost effort is alloted to treating everyone equally, with the appreciation of cycling as a team sport that requires everyone to perform at their highest level. We don't necessarily emphasize star talent as much as the ability of our riders to work together well. To this end, we have employed numerous camps and activities throughout the year to encourage interaction among our riders both on and off the bike. This week will be a rest week for our riders, as we are currently in Shanghai to visit the 2010 World Expo and to promote our team and sport. What better place to highlight the international character of our profession.
As the sun sets in Shanghai, we are reminded of how far we've come with all our events in Europe, and of how much we miss the busy city night life of China. One of our veterans, Ye Weiming, has been particularly fond of the trip back home, taking long walks around his hometown after our publicity events. Johnny Bosmans, Fedot Kerimov, EmÃlio Silva, and Jukka Talvela have been eager to tag along with Ye and to experience the opposite of what Ye has been experiencing; to them, China is a foreign world with too much to absorb in one short week. Nevertheless, these guys have become great friends, and I hope that they will be able to learn as much from each other as I have learned from the team during these past three seasons.

Awesome :) Bath looks like a neat place. I would love to visit the UK in the future.
I've never been to Dalian; what did you think about it? I'm currently working in the US so I unfortunately won't be able to meet up with you, but if you ever visit the States, let me know and maybe we can go for a ride.
I'm living in Bath in the UK, but lived for a few years in China in Dalian. Might go back as well...
